"These guys were appointed contractors to sort out various issues in our house. They arrived on the dot at 8 am to sort out a number of jobs including the central heating. It's an old system and they were determined to make it work properly. As I write this review, they're still here at 9.10pm - a 13 hour shift, ensuring everything is working correctly. A very professional team and i can't recommend them highly enough. Good plumbers / tradespeople are hard to find. This company is excellent and deserves a 5* review!"

A major sewer conversion job. Professional, punctual, extra care to restore the condition of the ground and to clean up on completion. Basically a no-brainer for the owner and delivering the job to expectation.
When my drains were blocked, JET were recommended to me by a friend who had used them before on a similar problem, I would just like to say a big thank you to the whole Jet team! from the first phone call through to the completion if the job, they were amazing, the job was completed quickly at a reasonable cost, I don't remember the last time I encountered a company that went that extra mile for the sake of customer satisfaction!

JET FLOW UK have provided our pub chain with an excellent service for over 6 years now. They carry out drainage and plumbing works throughout our 8 sites and their response times are very impressive. 9 am Christmas day 2014 one of our sites reported bad sewerage smells coming up from the cellar it was quickly established that the whole drainage system was blocked!!!! with 250 people turning up at 12 pm from Christmas dinner and a further 250 turning up at 4 pm for the second sitting, as can be expected the manager was almost in tears, she could not understand why I was so calm!! I made one phone call to the jet office who told me they would send two engineers immediately, the engineers turned up within the hour unblocked the drains aired the pub out to get rid of the smells. Well done Jet unbeknownst to 500 people you saved their Christmas!!!!!..... It sums up why we have such faith in jet flow they ensure every job is completed to the highest of standards they, themselves set. We would not hesitate in recommending Jet.
